We are back from the beach and had the best vacation!!! I don't have time now (because it will be the longest blog post in the history of blogging, ever! not just my blog, but all blogs haha) but wanted to give you a sneak peak of just a few pics. Let's just say that Lily Kate loved everything... the pool, the sand, and the ocean. She was one happy baby all week long. Ok, here are just a few!
one of my faves:
look how cute and growny she looks in the pool!
Yes we were "that family" that took pics in white shirts. They just turn out soooo good. But of course Lily Kate had to have a cute 3-tiered romper...
Ok, get ready because next post or two, or three or four or more.... will be filled with our fun, family-filled vacation!

Pics!!!
Yay, finally some pics of Lily Kate! She is almost 15 months old, and busy as a bee. She sleeps great, naps great, eats great, and never stops. She is such a joy and we love every minute with her. What was life like without her?
Here are many pics. Enjoy!
She is almost always happy, and has gotten soooo silly these days!
Please notice that she has a bow... soo cute!
But they don't last long! She hates them being on and takes them off as soon as she can!
Her daddy brought her some 3D glasses and she loves them!
Ok, and now on a completely different note... This morning we had a new visitor when we went to feed the kitties. At first I thought this was coincidence, but the turtle moved to the cat food and started eating as soon as I put it down! Percy was not happy with this visitor, especially since he was eating at Percy's breakfast spot. Of course I gave Percy a different spot for this morning.
This pic proves the turtle was eating. That is a piece of food in his mouth! Silly turtle, cat food is for kitties!
Wow, two posts in two days!

Rainy Kate
Hello! I know it has been a while since my last post, and there are a few reasons for that!
1. My camera died. DIED. I am still shedding tears over this. My camera is one of my best friends and usually with me at all times. But don't worry, I will be borrowing my mother's camera and get some updated pics. And I will hopefully have a camera of my own very soon.
2. Lily Kate and I have been sick. SICK! The sickest I have been in 10 years. She got this horrible virus and decided to share it. It had us down for almost 2 weeks. No details, but I am glad that we are both over it. Thank you Lord that Taylor didn't get it! To those of you that prayed for us -- thank you!!!
So a little cute/funny story from today about Miss Lily Kate:
Mrs. Ann (the babysitter) is on vacation this week, so Lily Kate is with me. Today was my first day back in almost 2 weeks, and at the end of the day I had to run some errands for work. Both of my stops equalled new friends for Lily Kate. She seriously doesn't meet a stranger. First stop was to pick up some pictures I had printed and she loved the lady that was helping me. And I saw 2 friends while there, and Lily Kate put on a show for them. She can be so silly these days, and laughs a lot. Second stop was to the post office and Lily Kate loved loved loved the lady that helped me with my letter. She blew kisses and told her hey about 7 kazillion times. The lady was super sweet to her! While I was running these 2 errands, it was raining. Not pouring, but a steady (and much needed) rain. Well I have 3 umbrellas in my truck, but do you think I used any of them? Nope. We ran in the rain and Lily Kate absolutely loved it. She laughed so hard that she almost lost her breath. I wish I had it on video because it is one of the happiest moments she has had.
Thank you Lord for the rain and how happy it made Lily Kate!

To the Dentist!
Lily Kate has a mouth full of teeth, and her first tooth came in at 3 months!!! So yep, today was Lily Kate's first trip to the dentist!
In the waiting room...
she thinks she is a big girl now that she can climb up in a seat!
Daddy came along to help with her. Thank goodness cause I can't chase this wild girl much these days!
And here we are -- getting our teeth cleaned! I thought she would be wild and I would have to sit on her and pry her mouth open... but nope, she was super still and opened her mouth on her own! When Mrs. Marty needed her mouth open wider, Lily Kate said "Ahhhhhhh" and it opened!

It was super fun watching. Of course I had to snap a few pics (I did get permission first!). And to be honest, these last 2 pics are after it was all said and done. We were pretending here just for the pics... I didn't want to mess up the real cleaning by snapping pics! Mrs. Marty said she did great and that her teeth look great. Dr. Reid bragged and bragged on her, saying her teeth look great. He advised only water after her brushing at night, and I let him know that she didn't drink anything after we brushed. He was impressed by how her teeth looked and how well mannered she was, but more impressed that she didn't scream or bite him! He said they usually wear ear plugs and get bitten at a 1st cleaning. They gave her a new toothbrush, a rubber elephant and a rubber ducky. Yay Lily Kate, you did great!

Green Pea Pics
Here are some pics of our little Green Pea, though she is not so little anymore! Green Pea is now the size of a papaya -- wow! She is about 12.7 oz and is about 10.5" long, not counting her legs! Until now she has changed sizes every week, but now she will only change every 4 weeks.
Green Pea still doesn't have a real name yet, but we are working on that! Any suggestions????? We didn't decide Lily Kate's name until the week before she was born, and then Taylor wanted to keep it a secret (this drove me CRAZY!!!). As soon as we know Green Pea's name, it will be announced via tv, radio, blog, text, email. microphone... haha!
Green Pea was pretty calm during the sonogram. She wasn't turning flips, sucking her thumb or yawning like her big sister did...
I love this one! She is touching her toe to her forehead. Can you do that???
And you can see her hand in this one! CUTE!
I have the pic that assures us that Green Pea is a girl, but I will keep that off of the blog! 22 weeks down, 17 more to go (she will be born a week early)!
Love,
Taylor, Rebecca, Lily Kate, and Green Pea

A quick funny!
I know that you are waiting on pics and more info about Green Pea, and I will get to that soon! Lily Kate decided the middle of last week to get sick, so I haven't been able to do some of those things that I have wanted to do!
So here is a Lily Kate funny ( and I hope you think its funny/cute... if not, sorry for a boring post!!!)
Lily Kate has discovered the choo choo at Poppy's office, which means that every time we hear a choo choo (even still far far away), we have to run outside to watch it. And she doesn't understand or like it when she can hear a choo choo but not see it. Well the funny part of the story is that now every time she sees an 18-wheeler, she screams choo choo! It is super cute in my opinion, and I can see where she thinks the two look alike! Isn't it just amazing to watch these little babies grow and learn. Thank you God for Lily Kate and the blessing that she is to Taylor and me. Please guide us on how you want us to raise her.
That's it for tonight... I will try to do better this week!
